In fact, studies show that chicken soup can actually help clear your head and help you breathe more easily add a little ginger or hot sauce and it’ll work even better.

Or hot tea, hot tea with lemon and honey even a bowl of simple warm rice or cookie or two like your grandmother or mother used to bake
Hmm…
In fact, some doctors, myself included, say that comfort foods; foods that make us feel soothed just by eating, that comfort foods may be the secret to getting well faster we get sick when were out of balance and a little comfort from our food may help us recover more quickly
