1) The government will allocate part of its budget for roads, but it also needs to budget money for schools.

2) After a natural disaster, people should cooperate by doing what the officials ask.

3) It’s important to minimize the impact of hurricanes. We can reduce the damage by being prepared.

4) Sometimes, people ignore government orders to evacuate. They don’t listen to instructions to leave, even though it might be dangerous to stay home.
