You know someone who questions everything, the player who makes the team think about change, and of course you need a leader, someone who sees where the team needs to go next.

Right.

And you need to have the glue as well.

Yeah you know, personal brings everybody together and works out the problems and this season, we definitely had a bunch of workhorses,

Horses?

Workhorses, hard workers anyway, basically you just have to be ready when the horn sounds everybody has to be ready to play, to do their part. That’s the bottom line.
