Hi ladies can I interrupt your lunch here on the campus lawn for an interview for the campus radio show what’s on your mind?

So talk to me what’s on your minds?

Well Melinda and I were just talking about all of the problems with the environment, it’s scary.

Yeah I’m an environmental education major and so I was saying to Zoe how we need to face the fact that we living in a time of environmental change.

But here’s my question. Do they know what’s causing the change? I mean is it because the temperture is rising.

Well, there are different ideas out there but I believe that’s it exactly. With even small increases in temperatures, there can be major changes in our environment for example as it gets warmer the ice caps melt when that happens the oceans rise.

Oh and when that happens water covers more land right?

Right in the future people who live near the ocean may have to move but it might not have a home and think about how many people that might affect.
