Well, basically I’m in favor of them.

Yeah! I mean, for two reasons.

First, they’re like a deterrent; you’re not going to commit a crime if you know you’re being filmed on camera.

and secondly, they help the police catch criminals.

Well, that’s true. but on the other hand, don’t you think they’re a bit intrusive?

Well, if you’re not doing anything wrong, what’s the problem?

well that’s a good point but some people would say it’s an invasion of privacy, someone watching you all the time.

I guess; I must admit, I never thought of it that way…
