Sure. Let me just send this e-mail. All right. So, what can I do for you?

Well, I wanted to ask a favor, actually.

I was wondering, would it be all right with you if I took Friday off?

This Friday?

Yes. I’m going away for the weekend, and, um, the traffic is always bad on Friday afternoons. So, I was thinking, if I took the day off, I could get an early start. Would that be OK with you?

Well, all right. As long as you finish everything before you go.
