Yesterday was the Moon Festival. It falls on August15 th on the lunar calendar. In Taiwan, people enjoy the glorious full moon, and roast meat at the moon festival. I like the Moon Festival, because I can roast meat with my many friends. I like this feeling!
Roasting meat with my friends is a very good thing. I especially like to roast meat at the Moon Festival. This year’s feeling was different from roasting meat the other years. On this day, there was no rain. It was calm, despite the forecast saying that the typhoon would affect Taiwan. At first, I thought that I wouldn’t be able to roast meat with my friends, because there was no rain. However, I got to spend a happy Moon Festival with my friends after all which was really great!
