I’ve worked as a waiter for over 20 years. Some people say the customers always right.

Here’s what I figured out

customers want to have a positive dining experience when they go out, but they have different expectations about what this means.

So, I have to figure out very quickly what will make a customer satisfied. Some people want to be entertained.

They want a waiter who is well a bit of an actor, with those customers. I have a good time. I have fun. I make jokes. Other customers just want good service and to be left alone.

Others are out for a special occasion Seo wedding anniversary and they want a lot of attention.

I have to find the right balance with each table. It’s a good feeling to know customers are satisfied and of course sometimes customers complain no matter what I do.
