Today we’re going to talk about the wait staff in a restaurant.

First, I want to focus on who makes up the staff. Who these people are? What they’re called? For example, the chefs, the cooks, the servers and so on.

Then I plan to talk about what their roles and responsibilities are. This will help you understand how they all work together and depend on each other to make the restaurant successful.
