wow, this case study has some great examples of innovation; you know, the creative ways businesses can solve problems.

Yeah, like the idea of a human centered process; I mean, in this case study they didn’t just sit in an office and read reports and study numbers.

I know, they went out and looked at the stores, watch people and talk to customers.

one thing I really liked was they talked to people outside, people who were walking by the store but didn’t go in; that was really important.

Yes, the brainstorm phase; they may feel like fun they let them think of crazy ideas…

Sorry, what I mean is the important thing is the team was diverse, they had different employees from different departments or levels and even high school students also help solve a business problem.

Yeah In fact those students had some of the best ideas.
