I read about this British artist who came up with a really unusual art project.

he said his goal was to destroy all his possessions and that he wanted to bury them in a parking lot; can you believe it?

he explained that he had been making a list of everything he owned; and then it came to 17,000 items and that he made an artistic decision to shred and granulate everything.

you can actually watch him destroying all his things.

someone explained to me that this is performance art.

I guess this guy really hates materialism.

so, do I; but I can’t throw anything away.

just the same, maybe I’ll start buying so much stuff.

you know, I wonder why he just didn’t get his stuff away.
