Future

To be in the zone’ will be a state that many athletes and successful people will experience. It’s also going to be called a state of flow. The zone or flow will be a state of calm and complete focus while doing an activity.

What kind of state will it be? It will be a state of calm.

This is going to happen in many different situations. Some top-level athletes are going to feel this when they are performing at their best. One thing people will often say is that their mind becomes empty.

What will people say? People will say their mind becomes empty.

They won’t be judging. They won’t be worrying. They won’t be thinking about what to do next. They won’t be thinking at all.

What will they be thinking about? They won’t be thinking at all.

They will just be doing. Sometimes people in the zone’ are going to talk about losing their sense of self and their sense of time. Time is going to slow down or there isn’t going to be any sense of time at all.

This is how Diane is going to run. Without thinking or worrying, she is going to be completely in the moment.
