C: Oh yes, you’re interested in that, are you? Well, it’s a very nice flat, I can tell you. Large, sunny, central heating - it’s even got a south-faclng balcony!

Um, is it expensive?

Not at all, no. I only charge a hundred pounds a week. Plus all the bills, of course. You wouldn’t expect the rent to include gas and electricity, would you?

I think you’ll want the flat when you see it. Better come round and have a look. There’s a lovelv little kitchen.

Oh yes.

You have your own front door, you know. You can come and go as you like, and invite friends round. Much better than just a room in someone’s house.
