Conditional sentences in English with Jennifer If you ever had any questions about conditional sentences, then you’re going to love this new playlist. Plan to have more than a dozen lessons on sentences and expressions with IF. The lessons will be extra special because I want you to help me build them. I’m going to do two things. First I’m going to end each lesson with a practice task.

You need to complete it on your own. I’m not going to correct answers if you post them in the comments. We’ll go over the correct answers in the next lesson. If you have questions, you can post those in the comments. Okay?

Second I’m going to look to you for examples. I’ll choose some of your examples for my future lessons, so together we’ll try to cover every kind of conditional sentence we can think of Does that sound like a good plan?

Some of you might have learned about zero, first, second, and third conditionals. Those names can be confusing, so let’s start with just two basic categories: real and unreal conditionals. Decide if each sentence is real (meaning possible or likely) or unreal (meaning impossible or unlikely). Here’s part two.

Answer the questions. Look. Are both sentences correct? Look at these examples. Is a common needed when I write these sentences? We’ll go over the correct answers in the next video, okay?
