Not good. I’m supposed to send my designs to this guide Todd to review. He’s the production manager so he has to go over my designs approve them right? aha

And well he hasn’t responded to my emails for over a week.

So now I’m behind schedule Big time.

Have you tried talking directly to talk about this?

He hasn’t been around. Plus, he’s been with the company a long time and I’m you know a new hire. I don’t want to cause problems. I’ve got to do something though, the schedule is tight.

So, talk to your boss. Find out what’s going on.

okay I should do that, I’m so stressed out. It’s clear I can’t rely on this guide Todd to do his part right now. it’s messing up the whole project and I don’t want everyone to think it’s my fault it for late.

Take this to your manager. This is part of his or her job managing the team.

Yeah, I guess I’ll bring it up a biweekly meeting with her.
