Well, we know that more and more work is being done in teams and it’s common to work on teams with people from different countries.

This is true whether your office is in, for example, New York or Paris or Tokyo.

So, what does it take to succeed on a global business team? I’m going to give you some questions that I want you to think about:

1) In business there’s been a big increase in the number of global teams. Do you have the teamwork skills needed?

2) Are you a risk taker, in other words, are you open to new experiences?

3) Are you curious about new ideas. For example, are you interested in learning? Why people from different cultural backgrounds think the way they do?
